This fall is a great time to sail on a Windjammer Cruise. The S/V Mandalay sails most Sundays from Grenada and returns to St. John’s Harbour late Friday nights. Six night voyages on a Mandalay Windjammer Cruise take in a selection of islands including Carriacou, Union Island, Mayreau, Tobago Cays and Bequia.

Your Mandalay sailing cruise includes: Coffee, pastries, and bloody Mary’s before breakfast. A full breakfast. Story time where the Captain will give orders and commands and spell out the reward system. He aims for the highest morale. Lunch aboard or on island picnic spots. In the afternoon it is down time and swimming around the ship. Early evening is swizzle time followed by a full dinner. Sometimes evening meals are served ashore on a secret island spot.
Your days are spent doing short island tours some mornings, swimming & snorkeling at remote beaches or about the ship in the afternoons. Evenings may include dancing or sailing. Sail raising is a big thing and you participation determines the rum rations.
